HUMAN RIGHTS AND HR

In 2005 Social Accountability International approved us as a consultancy and training firm for implementing social responsibility systems according to the SA 8000 standard worldwide.

In all our projects we assess relationships between managers and staff, partners, suppliers, contractors and with other stakeholders.

Our approach is based on the Global Compact Principles, and other standards such as SA 8000 and OHSAS 18001.

The SA 8000 standard is based on international regulations and standards, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation conventions, the Convention of the Rights of the Child, to name just a few. The aim of the SA 8000 standard is to certify companies' commitment with human rights in all processes and activities regardless of the geographic area.

Companies that meet the OHSAS 18001 requirements go beyond the mere fulfilment of occupational health and safety regulations.
